Wallace Mechanical specializes in new home installation of plumbing and heating & air. We offer excellent warranty service on our new homes, striving for a response time of 24-48hrs on non-emergency calls, and an immediate response on emergency calls.  Since we want to retain the homeowner’s service work after their warranty is up, we take excellent care of them during their warranty period. Another plus for Wallace Mechanical is our response time on our ground work. We make all new starts top priority and have never allowed a stem wall to set un-plumbed for more than 3-4 days (pending weather). We understand the importance of getting your slab poured quickly in order to get the process going.

    One of our goals is to take the pressure off you by staying in touch with the homeowner during the warranty period, thus eliminating unnecessary calls and wasted time to you, the Home Builder. We take pride in our work and instill in our employees that quality is far more important than quantity.

    Wallace Mechanical is trained and certified for Radiant Heat, Snow Melt, Residential Fire Suppression, High-Efficiency Heating-Cooling Equipment, and many other special applications pertaining to the residential Plumbing-Heating trade. Our experience ranges from 1,200 square ft spec-homes up to 6,500 square ft custom homes. We are qualified for any size or model of home with any amenity on the market today, and we feel that by specializing in just the residential side of our trade we can offer a higher quality product to you the Home Builder. We have a full time receptionist taking calls from you the builder as well as our customers. This allows the customers the ability to get in touch with  us at any time. We also add all of our Home Builders info/links/e-mail to our web site in an effort to bring more business to you the Home Builder.
